Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dexta Campus Ambassadors web application (the “Service”), operated by Dexter Inc(“Dexta”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service lets allowlisted campus ambassadors sign in via a magic link, submit profile information (including name and school), upload a portrait, and generate branded PNG flyers for the Dexta Campus Ambassador program. Each allowlisted email may have a maximum number of flyer generations set by Dexta staff.

Access is invitation-only. Your email must be on the allowlist maintained by Dexta staff before you can sign in. You must provide accurate information, including selecting your school from the provided catalog. Misrepresenting your school or affiliation is prohibited.

Magic-link sessions are time-limited for security. Do not share sign-in links with others.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service if your email is not allowlisted or has been suspended.
• Misuse Dexta brand assets, templates, or generated flyers outside the ambassador program without written permission.
• Imply false endorsement, employment, or official representation by Dexta beyond your role as a campus ambassador.
• Upload portraits or content you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful, offensive, or infringing.
• Attempt to bypass generation limits, security controls, or allowlist restrictions.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

You retain ownership of your portrait and personal information. By checking the in-app consent box and generating a flyer, you grant Dexta a limited license to use your name, school, state, and portrait to generate and enable you to publish your campus ambassador flyer, consistent with the consent wording shown in the app.

You may use your own generated flyer for good-faith campus ambassador program activities. You may not resell templates, remove branding where required, or use Dexta assets for unrelated commercial purposes.

Dexta owns the Service, flyer templates, logos, design assets, and brand elements. You receive no ownership interest in templates or Dexta intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Dexta staff may suspend or remove allowlist access, deactivate accounts, or permanently delete records for violations of these Terms, program rules, or applicable law.

Deactivate removes stored flyer and portrait files and disables your account while retaining a record for program history; staff may reactivate with a new portrait upload required.

Permanent delete erases your ambassador record and associated stored files where applicable. See our Privacy Policy for details on data lifecycle.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for the campus ambassador program. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that generated flyers will meet every local marketing requirement. You are responsible for how you distribute your flyer in compliance with your institution's rules and applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Dexta and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (which is zero for ambassadors using the free program tool).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
